Nothing too much trouble, thank you for a wonderful stay. Would happily go back again, the hotel was clean, and location to several places of interest was excellent. Smooth check-out was useful. The onsite bar was nice and the staff were superbly friendly.

The location of the hotel was exquisite, the staff were more than helpful, we really enjoyed a fun experience. Efficiency from the whole staff. The room was very quiet, amazing bed. Tasty breakfast to start the day, amazing food. Good service an a signature restaurant onsite.

A good little hotel with freshly renovated rooms. The location was spectacular, near to - Charlotte and light rail line to Uptown Charlotte. All in all everything was nice, nevertheless we had really small bathroom. The personnel was extremely friendly & were ready to help. Swimming pool was great and breakfast was delightful.

Well, the views were ugly here.

i loved the beautiful location, the well decorated room and very polite staff. early check-in and friendly customer service. what's more, they had free parking onsite.
